Participant profile 

The programme prepares professionals to play a crucial role in the daily implementation of energy requirements and in the development of future policies and applications. The task of fulfilling that role successfully and giving direction requires leadership, business, management and technological skills. Do you want to improve sustainability and the energy strategy in your organization? Do you want to become more effective in your work? Are you developing a vision of future energy issues, and do you want to know what technical improvements are possible? If you are facing these challenges, you are a candidate for the Energy Management programme. Our courses are aimed at candidates who have completed a university or HBO education and have acquired at least five years relevant work experience.

Group composition

Groups are made up of between 16 and 20 people, which ensures maximum interaction. There is a great deal of branch diversity within a group. Age and motivation also vary greatly. A relatively young participant of 30 years old will be able to accelerate his career or improve his position on the job market, while a participant of 50+ will be able to establish his knowledge in a Master title. This diversity in branches, individual motivation and backgrounds makes the course particularly valuable and inspiring.

Those who participate in Delft TopTech’s Master of Business in Energy systems can complete their Master degree in a relatively short period of time while acquiring new knowledge and skills without interrupting their career.
